Elderberry Herbal Dietary Supplement Ingredients:

Certified organic cane alcohol, filtered water, fresh elderberry fruit (ALL ingredients non-GMO & gluten-free)

Potency:

Fresh herb / menstruum ratio: blend of equal parts 1:2 alcohol extract and 1:5 decoction.

Suggested Dosage: 

Shake well. Take 50-75 drops 1-3 times a day or as needed, on its own or by adding to water, juice, or tea.
